downtown office renovation

A recent revamp for a client in Downtown Vancouver. This was a complete reimaging of the existing space. This 5430 sqft office space was completed with creative design and collaboration thanks to the team at Focus Project Management.

Our scope of work:

• LED Lighting Upgrade throughout the entire floor.

• Installation of floor mounted power boxes, recessed TV boxes and all regular workstation power throughout the in-floor walker duct system.

• Complete upgrade of the IT system including cat5e cabling, server racks, HDMI’s, USB’s and security cameras.

• Exit sign upgrade to the new green running man style.

• Complete kitchen renovation.
